We offer returns and refunds, for any reason, on all ready-to-wear items. Your order must be returned in its original condition and shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. All items $100 and over will incur a 15% restocking fee. All items under $100 will incur a 10% restocking fee. Please contact support@mensuits.com to request a return.

If your item is in its original condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. Please contact support@mensuits.com to request an exchange. Note: Limit 1 size/color per exchanged items. If you have any questions about selecting your correct size, please contact customer service at support@mensuits.com

You should expect to receive your exchange within 2-5 days once we have received the original item being exchanged. If the deadline for the exchange is urgent, email us the tracking number of the package you’re returning, and we will do our best to expedite the corrected item to you.

When your package is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email, which will include the active tracking number for your order. We typically ship each order within 2-3 days. We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail, which have a 2–3-day shipping window to most of the continental USA.

Mensuits.com accepts all forms of major credit cards, as well as available financing options through Shopify. Google Pay, Paypal, and Amazon Pay are all accepted through the site as well.

We do not offer custom sizing on our suits at the present time. However, we can direct you to a local tailor who will be able to assist you with basic alterations and other tailoring needs.

We currently do not sell suit jackets separately. However, we do offer certain suit color options in vest and trousers for sale separately. They can be found on their respective collection pages.

No, the buttonholes on our suits are not fully functional. As in a majority of off the rack garments, the buttonholes are sewn shut and are on the garment as a styling accent.

All of our suits are dry clean only. Dry cleaning your suit is the best way to ensure the longevity of the garment and reduce unnecessary wear and tear. One thing to keep in mind is that it is not necessary to dry clean your suit after each wear. A good rule of thumb is you should dry clean your suit every 6-8 wears if activity was mild during each use.

All of our suits come unhemmed and will need the trousers hemmed by a local seamstress or tailor. This is industry standard so that pants are hemmed to your specific length based on your actual height and style preference. In addition, if any additional tailoring is needed the seamstress or tailor will be able to customize the suit further to your satisfaction.

If you have a well-fitting suit that has been worn recently, you should be able to base your measurements from that suit. We do use our own proprietary size specs in manufacturing; however we follow a standard sizing guide that is common across the suiting industry. We offer standard shipping, and express shipping for an additional fee. All orders are sent via UPS or USPS.

Unfortunately, all orders outside of the contiguous United States of America are considered final. We will not accept returns or exchanges in any scenario.
