Your first size exchange is free. You have 30 days from delivery to swap sizes and 14 days to send something back for a refund, and you can start it yourself online. No email needed.
How it works
- Open the Return & Exchange Portal and enter your order number with your email, zip code or phone number.
- Choose the items, then pick a different size or a refund.
- We review your request and email your prepaid label and instructions.
Size exchanges
Your first size exchange is free, with a prepaid return label. Need a second exchange? You cover the return shipping and we ship the replacement free.
Exchanges can be requested up to 30 days after delivery. Wedding orders can exchange for size up to 60 days after delivery, so the whole party has time to try everything on.
Refunds
Request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Refunds carry a 10% restocking fee; your first size exchange is free. Refunds include a prepaid return label. Sale items aren’t eligible for a refund.
Accessories (vests, ties, cufflinks, belts and lapel pins) are final sale. Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States are final sale.
We accept items back unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging, so try everything on before any alterations. Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and let you know the outcome. Your bank may take a few days to post the refund.
